Hello all, I am a certified yoga instructor , taking online classes for 4 years . I believe yoga is a way of living . Yoga is not an exercise . It connects our breath and body . I focus on stretches which work on muscles . I know Human Anatomy , the stretching techniques focus on specific muscles . So the results you can see faster . I take one to one sessions as well .With this I am a certified diet and nutrition coach also . I believe in holistic nutrition .With yoga classes , if you work on your eating habits . You can see a lot of changes in yourself
